Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Session Policy All sessions scheduled with Rapid River Technologies are 30-minute consultation sessions conducted online via Microsoft Teams. These sessions are designed to provide guidance, answer questions, and help determine appropriate next steps. Preparation No preparation is required prior to your session. We’ll guide the conversation and tailor it to your organization’s needs. If you have relevant documentation, photos, or questions, you’re welcome to share them during the session. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we ask that you do so at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to other organizations. Missed sessions without notice may require rescheduling based on future availability. Scope of Session These sessions are consultative and educational in nature. They are not sales presentations, demos, or formal proposals. Pricing, engineering, or site-specific recommendations may require additional follow-up. Availability Session availability is based on consultant scheduling and may change. If no times are currently available, please check back or contact us for assistance.
